Added fees to shipping. Very high prices for normal shipping! They always quote you the highest shipping and don't give you regular postal quotes! Won't be back!!!

I always come here when I need to ship anything. They treat me right, and they are a locally owned business. Their prices are good and I usually don't have to wait in line.
This business is the address used by a number notorious internet scammers. The businesses are fronts used by ClearPathDeals.com for their scams. Boycott this business and beware of ClearPathDeals.com offers.

Very inconvenient as no hours posted on the web. Stated as hours may fluctuate. Delivery notices do not have a phone number listed. Not everyone has access to the internet. Once I got a phone number, called and received no answer. It wouldn't hurt to have voice mail indicating days and hours of operation.
Terrible experience!!!! What a nightmare. My boxes were lost and damaged, after spending $70+ dollars and waiting 2 months the owner did nothing. And his staff was rude. No one took responsibility. And when I went to pick up my boxes they were destroyed. After calling the corp office (not UPS but UPS store) they told me I did have a claim, but had to find the receipts. I only want the money back I paid to have the boxes shipped, but looks like another fiasco.
I promised the owner I would spread the word about my experience and unlike him and UPS I keep my word :)
I am not sure how this owner is still in business. He is extremely rude and only somewhat nice when you are purchasing something. If this is a UPS franchise, I feel sorry for UPS representing this business. Go to the UPS in Crabapple, where you will get impeccable service and no short attitude.
Either the hours listed on Google are incorrect or they don't answer their phone. I had a question about the delivery that didn't arrive.

I don't really know what people would write about in a review for the UPS store other than being really bad in service. As for my visit, there was no one else in line so I was prompted immediately, the person was kind enough to assist me with my needs and it was a quick and easy transaction.
They have always been very cheerful and helpful with all my shipping needs. I have a small business mailbox with them and good customer service from them helps me to do a better job helping my own clients.

My print job was botched so as to be unusable when I needed it. Store owner was sarcastic, patronizing, and unhelpful - not taking ownership of the mistake and, when pressed, offering only to charge me to print my postcards on legal paper - something I could have done for myself. I will not do printing here again.
went there to ship parcel twice in the last month and no one is ever there at 8am stayed there until 815 and still no one we banged on the door thinking someone was back but nothing . Why post opening time if help isn't going to be there
Good service from UPS what you would expect.
Took a small package there to mail as Priority Mail, paid what they asked - and it was returned to me for insufficient postage! I can't believe they couldn't figure out what the correct postage should have been. Lost 4 days getting it the destination. Not wasting my time with them ever again.

These helped me a lot when I needed printing for a funeral. He stayed late to let me finish and helped me get them looking real good. Super nice and didn't cost a lot. I've shipped to Mex with them too. No problems.
This is my favorite store in Knoxville! The guys here are very curtious, knowledgeable and wonderful to do business with.

I sent a Package on December 19th, 2014 and was told it would arrive in Columbus, Ohio before Christmas. They mixed up my label and sent my package to Georgia. GEORGIA! What was worse was the way they handled it. I had to call at least 6-8 times to get any information on THEIR screw-up. I had to keep calling them to get any help. and they were also rude about it.
Had an issue with shipping a package to one of their boxes, very friendly guy helped me out with it. Appreciate it very much.
DO NOT get a box here, all of my mail has been opened and punctured as well as my packages have gone missing that say delivered!
If you send anything without tracking they will do all they can to tell you that it is NOT their responsibility if it gets lost/not delivered and guess what...it won't make it. They don't like to ship regular mail they want you to send everything by UPS. If not, your package won't arrive. Go to the one near Publix near EW connector. This one near Dunkin Donuts is garbage and the lady behind the counter is the problem. I'll NEVER use this one again.

The people at this store are very friendly and helpful. I live much closer to to another UPS store but I'd much drive farther to ship my packages with them. I'm an eBay seller and I ship 10-15 packages week at this store. I highly recommend them!
Every time I need to send a package, I go into this store & the owners will give me the best price for shipping, no matter what USPS or UPS. They are fast & efficient.

This store should be removed from UPS service. The customer service is the worst. It is totally non-responsive to customer needs --- even on the telephone. There is no rating to reflect this horrible store.
We came in to get a passport photo but it did not turn out well. So we ask the clerk if we could retake the picture, but they denied us. Another clerk came & ask if we are satisfied with the photo & we told him that we are not satisfied. He quickly grabbed the photos and told us to leave and he said we were wasting his time! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!! Never would wanna come back to this store at Merill Road. How rude that person is to their customer. Don't ever get a passport photo from this store.
I live in Canada and I've had a good experience with this store, which I use to pick up my merchandise. Very nice and helpful staff.
Tired of hearing that staff is NOT that friendly, they need some work. Scanning parcels delivered before they are in the customers hand is deceiving to the sender and wrong for the process. This has happened before and sad to learn that the recipient doesn't even have the pkg. I will be holding on to the scanning number longer since employees cannot be trusted to scan correctly! Once more and it will be reported to the MPOO in Anchorage!
For the second time within the past two months, UPS has delivered a package to the wrong address.The address is correct on the package and there's no reason to make the same mistake a second time. My neighbor doesn't like it nor do I. Please inform your employee that there is a difference between 115 and 015.

I've ordered a few times and my orders always arrived on time. The store called me and emailed me to tell me my product had arrived. Upon pickup service was quick and the staff have been polite. Parking can be a problem. But once I pulled up right out front and there is a parking lot within the block. Great place to do business and good location downtown.
After over 25 years shipping with UPS, I will never enter another UPS store. The customer service has degraded to a rude unacceptable level. Just down the street, FEDEX did a fine job.
Quick in and out, no long lines like local post office. No nasty attidudes! I love to do business at this place, professional people.

On 9/25/2013 UPS misdelivered 2 packages to my home. We called their support number. The staff person gave us the address to the UPS store in Brandon. UPS support said that we could leave the packages at the Brandon store, and that the UPS truck would pick them up. When I got to the store at approximately 1 p.m., I explained what had happened to the man behind the counter. He suggested that I throw the packages away. I declined to throw away someone else's freight. He then said that I could pay him to re-label the freight and have him reship them. I declined to do that. The encounter ended with him yelling that it was a privately owned business, and that he could anything he chose, and me politely leaving. I drove to Jackson and left the freight there. If your freight is ever found to be missing, someone else may have taken his advice!
Dont go to this store. If you want you packaged shipped and shipped right you would be better off taking it anywhere but there. The manager shouldnt be a manager at all as bad as her people skills are. I have seen a large turnover of employees since she began to work there so somthing is not right. Not to mention there is no Notary keys cannot be made labels cannot be printed from flashdrives so many things that are advertised and just are not available. I stopped taking my shipments there and went to the store on fayetteville rd 10 x better service be warned of the horrible conditions at UPS store # 4189 4900 hwy 55 Durham NC 27713

I've been taking my boxes ther for over a year and was always happy. I recently opened a mailbox with them in Belton and it's awesome. I can check my mail anytime I like and if I call them they'll even check my mailbox for me. Its great to keep my business mail seperate from my house mail.
I went to this UPS Store to mail a package that had a prepaid label on it. The guy said the printing was too light even though you could clearly read it and he claimed he could not scan it. I asked him if he could manually enter the info. He called me an "idiot" in front of other customer in a loud voice and said, "get out of my store, now!" I asked for his name and stated that I wanted to speak with the manager. He said he was the owner and again said, "get out now!" and with that, he picked up my package and threw it on the ground outside the store. I am in shock that anyone would treat a customer in this manner. This guy needs to learn basic people skills and should not be permitted to operate a business like this. He is dangerous! Go there only at your own peril!
I was at this location a few days ago to mail out a prepaid package the sale associate was very unprofessional & unfriendly if you need a ups store I recommend you find a different location with better customer service & knows what they are doing.
I don't usually post reviews, but I was so upset with this store and what their lack of attention to detail caused me that I had to post my story so any potential customers would drive the extra distance and get the service required at a different store.
My husband is in the military and we are currently living in two different states while he is in training. I ran into a problem with registering my vehicle and needed a Power of Attorney sent to Arizona overnight. My husband dropped it off on Saturday for Next Day Service. He missed the cut-off so it would be sent on Monday, but arrive on Tuesday. However, the package remained at the store until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, which was the latest time it should have arrived!
They obviously did not pay any attention to the package, which my husband spent $40 to ship. If you have a package that is important then I would try a different store.

Have used this store for years & usually first class & efficient & as a result try to ship as much biz thru this store. BUT...they recently added a female worker who has no clue what she is doing. This is very frustrating. Who would leave a person like that in charge and expect things to go well??? It is a shame to see service sink to the level of the USPS. Maybe another other UPS store is better...

She yelled and made it known she can't help me as she is a new manager and can't do anything about the mistakes of the past manager.
I don't generally write reviews but as I saw one about this store that was negative I wanted to say I have had nothing but good service.....wonderfully friendly service actually. Everyone there has been great but my favorite are the morning girls. The little one with the southern accent just could not be any nicer if she tried. The owner or whoever hands out kudos to them should definitely do so.
I have been using this store for over 10 years and have always had my answers met quickly, and courteously. It is my neighborhood business center and I highly recommend it.
Rarely have I encountered a combination of personal attention and professional service provided by this store. I shipped 20 packages this past week on five occasions and was greeted each time by name, with a smile and my packages (some large) were promptly re-taped and made ready for shipping. To top it off it was cheaper than the Post Office.
Received a letter stating to send $20 cash, check, or money order to this location to release a monetary award. I think this UPS should be checked out, to make sure they are not apart of the scam.
Hello! This is my review of the UPS store that I dropped in on the 18th of June. I was there to do a lot of things: copy, print, bind and then ship as next day air to Michigan. When I walked in, an employee greeted me (later on I found out that he was the manager of this store). Anyway.. I first wanted to make 4 copies and have them binded. Steve took me step by step of how to make my own copies then took me over to the binding machine. Which I thought it would take a lot of time, binding only took about 30 seconds. The final step, he invited me to choose from 3 different next day airs that would get delivered in three different times. He slapped on the label and said ALL FINISHED!!! I think the total transaction took less than 15 minutes and I was offered a flyer with a business card that told me all the services that UPS provided.
Will I go again next week? Definitely, YES. I would recommend my family to be taken care of by Steve.

Carried an item in on Saturday to ship to NJ. The associate packaged, weighed, measured the item and charged me $91. I left with the receipt and tracking number. On Monday I received a call from the owner saying that the package was measured wrong and that I owed him $101 more to ship the item. Really? If the associate is incapable of carrying out the process, shouldn't the owner make it right? Don't use this Store, they don't take care of the customer.
Customers need to use the internal number assigned by UPS store on name line example #101 ABC Company then ONLY 8508 Park Rd. on address line. OTHERWISE you get invalid address and manager is too arrogant and rude to help correct errors and prevent package delays. He would rather fight with competitor than solve problem.
I have had the unfortunate experience of having to send things from this ups store. They were properly the least friendly staff I have ever encountered extremely rude, they were even snooty towards my kids.

I've dropped packages off her to ship for the usps several times and had no problems until I met the manager. He let me know in so many words not to bring my packages there to be shipped because I was not paying him. I print the shipping labels at home and pay online. Now, I know they are supposed to accept the packages so this rude manager just doesn't want to ship out my packages. Bad customer while being rude and confrontational.

They packaged my watch which was shredded the next day. Even though I bought insurance, they didn't award me all of it because he didn't get an accurate quote from the watch manufacturer. What's worse I'd they NEVER apologized. Go to Mail's a Breeze and see Kathy.
The new owner, Doug Needle, and his two employees all took excellent care of me as I shipped items from my mother's estate to various locations. One item was a rather large family portrait that was being sent to California. This team is very experienced in shipping fine art, and they took great care to fashion the perfect size box and pack it so that the painting would be protected during its journey across the country. These men were professional, helpful beyond belief, and exceedingly kind. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a mailbox service or help in shipping items via UPS or regular mail. They do it all.

They charged me $1.87 for $1.12 postage without informing me that they were ripping me off. I passed the post office on the way home and would have dropped it off there and not be ripped off. I only noticed because I asked for the envelope back for a moment to remove an item and saw the $1.12 postage.
