This store is NOT open until 10:00 on Sunday. Was here at 7:25pm, and doors was locked. People came right after us must have read this same hours listing as well. Need to update their hours listed!

Really disappointed about them. Ordered twice petite jeans and each time got wrong size.. lost $8 on shipping price...

Will never get back to them even their prices are reasonable and models are nice..

I ordered jeans online.. as i'm 4p the first time i got it 6p while the printed label said 4p, i shipped it back.... the same day i ordered another order for same model 4p... and got 0p..same story as the first one.. i called the free toll number...got not much help while asked to reship me the right jeans with a right size and i will ship the wrong ones back... i was said to ship it back or return to a store and reorder again. Well i took the second pair to a store and realized that the shipping cost is not refundable. So i didn't order anything else while loosing already $16 on the shipping cost... And it's not a first time, i used to order from that store a lot for my kids and lots of times my orders were partly cancelled as there is not much in stock .. Really disappointed from them..

All season I shopped at Old Navy and everyone was wonderful and helpful! Very nice staff!

Nice people, large store, smells a little industrial, but it doesn't much bother me. The sales staff doesn't pester you there, which is good. Good hours too. Definitely have bought a lot of my clothes there including my favorite-ever dress.
