I just finished being spoken to in a snotty, patronizing way by my adjuster. Joyful. Have some patience, empathy & a little compassion, for not having received my submissions yet.

I had called and put full coverage on my 07 cobalt ins. Agent said to start with liability so My deposit wasn't so high so I call a week to 2 weeks later to up it to full coverage and now there saying its only showing liability and I totaled my car here I sit 4 days later waiting for the insurance investigator to get back to me and no call again today

Totally negative experience dealing with the staff there. Rude, unhelpful and uncaring. Go to another agent. Any other agent. Never has a company made me feel so dismissed. Even go with another carrier, progressive seems much more customer friendly. They didn't add rental insurance to my policy, apparently you have to ask for it. So after my, ouch, $1000 deductible, I had to shell out $400 on a rental car. And they keep giving me the same line, there is nothing they can do after the fact. Ok I get it, could you at least apologize for the oversight on my policy? offer to add it going forward? anything customer service related? And this is after leaving two message that went unreturned. Be warned.

I have had alot of problems with this agency. They dont seem to follow up on anything.I gave them my auto,boat,and home owners and its been screwed up for two months.I have complained to Allstate directly,but havnt heard a word back.Matthew Fulmer is not the way to go.Allstate doesnt care.I looking for insurance I can trust.

I had a few different insurances through this Allstate office and it was AWFUL! I paid a ton for it and when I needed something covered by them I was denied. So obviously I cancelled and went to another insurance company who not only cut my prices by a ton but covered me for more. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANDY OCASIO AGENCY!

Andrew Lerner Took my name off my jointly titled car insurance as directed by my soon to be ex husband. This is illegal. When confronted he didnt tell me it was wrong and illegal. It is. He simply stated he had to protect my husband from the same. I was trying to get split the policy, as i had retained the car in the divorce settlement. And was trying to transfer title. He then stated that my husband did not have money, per my husband, to pay for a new policy. And was then informed by my husband that Andrew was also doing his new house insurance for his new 900,000 house!

I complained to Allstate about his unethical practices. They called him and he lied and told them that a person who no longer works in his office had taken me off. He never told me this in our numerous conversations. And only tried to be mildly helpful after he heard i was reporting him.

Me and my sister was on the phone when she was paying her bill that was due tommorrow.They told her they terminated her policy already.They sent her driving back home to get the letter they sent saying it's due tommorrow.This is not right. She recieved no termination letter at all.I just cant think of why they would send someone out to get a letter they sent and if she's there early in the morning before the due date with the money......Williamsport PA is like that I lived there for 3 years and got out quick fast and in a hurry, fast and in a hurry.......What if the cops come???....Do she have coverage or not???...Poor Allstate. Your not in good hands.
