Unethical Agent
Andrew Lerner Took my name off my jointly titled car insurance as directed by my soon to be ex husband. This is illegal. When confronted he didnt tell me it was wrong and illegal. It is. He simply stated he had to protect my husband from the same. I was trying to get split the policy, as i had retained the car in the divorce settlement. And was trying to transfer title. He then stated that my husband did not have money, per my husband, to pay for a new policy. And was then informed by my husband that Andrew was also doing his new house insurance for his new 900,000 house!
I complained to Allstate about his unethical practices. They called him and he lied and told them that a person who no longer works in his office had taken me off. He never told me this in our numerous conversations. And only tried to be mildly helpful after he heard i was reporting him.
