Worst place to rent ever!

Please don't rent from either this location or the Oregon city location. The people are not trained right and have no idea what they are doing, and of you miss a payment, they will harasses your references. Save your money and rent from some place else.

I have had a great experience with this company and this store ( Aramingo) in particular. I am now at the end of my contract and am looking forward to leasing something else. The application process was easy and there was no hidden fees. An overall A+ experience.

Disappointed Customer

I cant believe how this company is allowed to treat their paying customers. My issue is that I am trying to get my furniture fixed for months and they swap it out with a raggedy couch.I cant believe that it is acceptable for associates to think its ok to give you the worst treatment possible and your paying your money just very sad.

Great !

I bought a laptop from there a few years ago, and I just bought a big flatscreen tv not too long ago. I love the stuff they have. You might pay more in the longrun but you can always pay them off whenever you want , and we never have that much money up front to just buy the stuff out-right. I have never had a problem or complaint !

purchased item

I have had nothing but bad dealings with the people in aransas pass. You do not get correct answers, or problems fixed. I have been waiting for 3 months for a damaged item i purchased to be replaced. I heard we ordered it, it is in and will call you with a date for delivery. Still to this date I get charged for a item that I can't even use. I think the owner should that a look at the people running this store for them.

This place is rude and they do not care about there cutomers. every single person from the delivery guys, to the cashiers, to the sales to the management was just over top disrepectful and rude. I will never try to go through Aaron's, nor would I recommand anyone to this place. There items are cheap and so is there service.

Sent a couch back, and about ready to send EVERYTHING i have gotten from them. Customer Service with James is HORRIBLE. I would NEVER recommend going there. Go to Rent A Center. Brad is the only good person in the store. Horrible horrible!

Horrible Customer Service!

Okay about 2 months ago I started leasing a new bed. The frame was suppose to come with a leather cover to match the head rest, but they forgot to deliver it. They told me they would deliver it the following week on their next delivery date. So weeks go by and I haven't heard a word from any employees there. I call them up and they told me they dId not have it so they had to order it. Another 2 weeks go by and I call them back to get some type of response, they said they had it there but their not gonna send It through their delivery truck because it was too far away for a small piece. So the woman said they will fed ex it to me. I called back a week or so later to check the status of it. The woman told me she will call me back with a tracking # or to see what happened to the package. Never got a call back. I'm still to this day waiting for it. I called yesterday to speak to a manager, and he put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes before I hung up with frustration just to call back and speak to a different sails rep in which I had to explain my situation all over again. I don't recommend this store to ANYONE! These people seemed helpful and they would tell you what you wanna hear, but it seems like they just dont care! I can't wait to not deal with this company anymore.
