Went to your BK in Willits Calif. traveling home from a SF Giants game, arrived there about 8:00 PM. First let me tell you the bathrooms were horrible, toilet paper all over the floor and what I think was food or other on the floors,dirty!! Made our orders which were quite simple Cheese burger, chicken strips with two sauces and two small milk shakes...we got green tomatoes and the burger patty was like rubber, catsup dispenser was empty, told the manager and she said yeah I know..did not fill it..no sauces for chicken strips, plus had to wait about 30 mins for order and there were no other customers in line..and the manager proceeded to lock the doors about 15 mins early, a man had to knock on the door to get in..We have stopped there many times, but this is the worst, really has gone down hill..
