I have been along time customer with sprint. Within the last year I have been having dropped calls 30% within a month time. I call and to no avail they have tower problems and will be fixed with in certain time with different times each time I speak with a different customer service representative. Now my I have been without service for 4 days I can text but no calls now texting has ceased as well. Customer service has no resolutions just sorry, I feel if I didn't pay my phone bill they would cut me off with no problem. But I am with out service for 4 days which I share service with my mother which is 72 an we rely on. We have no landlines and I don't want to go pay for a cell phone when I pay 185.00 a month. Unbelievable. Customer service whatever!!
