The download options online for Quicken is outdated and unacceptable by Quicken. We are no longer able to download our statements into the latest Quicken program on our home computer.
Trying to resolve the problem with GE Money Bank was extremely frustrating, first due to incorrect phone number shown on the Meijer website and then by the ridiculous automated menu on the phone.
We understand Quicken charges a license fee. If Meijer is unwilling to accept this then don't frustrate your customers by listing inoperable files.
