All of the IRS phone help is awful. The wait was over an hour and I finally had to hang up. I have tried and tried to call these people but can never get through to a person to help with my issue. I tried again today....same thing...no help available for hours on end. I will have to go to the local office and hopefully talk to someone face to face, if they are even allowed to help. With so many people out of work, surely the IRS can find people to hire who can answer the freaking phone in a timely manner. Worst customer service ever!
