terrible customer service

phone line is always busy, have been calling for days, went there in person and someone was to call me the next day...one week later still waiting for a call, my mail has been lost for over 3 weeks, workers, including management are very rude!

as bad as they get

scheduled pick up on line no one comes to pick it up days in the row. When you call them there is always busy line for hours as if they leave the phone off the hook
