The manager closes the office early when the store is busy, and stands in the door way rejecting customers as they approach the store. When asked for the contact information of the supervisor, he says he IS the supervisor. Several of the clerks are rude and impatient.
I went to pick up a package my family member sent me, I suppose it got lost in the mail. I tracked the package to this office. I told the lady that and she said "well do you see the line behind you? I don't have the time right now" she was very rude and the guy working with her was laughing at her smart comments.if you want professional people to help you, DONT GO HERE.
This is my LEAST favorite post office in the area. I'll only stop by here if I absolutely have to, and I regret it every time. There are two good employees here, a man and a woman, but otherwise I have a disaster of a time each time I step foot into these doors. Interchange Square is my post office of choice around here.
I had a package that seemed to have been lost and called the Delivery Supervisor at this location. He was very helpful and called the carrier to provide me with direct, detailed information. He did an outstanding job and I really appreciated the extra help.
