Dear Post Master

We recently received a new mail man in the community. Several residents have complained of getting the wrong mail in their mailboxes. In addition, some are waiting on confidential mail and have not received it; afraid that their personal information may be in the hands of someone else. Please take care of this issue immediately. Our residents are very upset and worried.
