moved their office

moved their office from 5812 21st Street and did not leave a forwarding address on the door. their internet site still lists this as their address. poor business practice.

Hours

It just might be a good idea to update the hours for this location, the door reads Saturday hours open 10 am. I am very unhappy with service, price, lack of customer service, caring, and accountability of Time Warner Cable.

new location

new location is cramped and the need to sign in before getting to speak to a customer service person is unnesacerry. The location of the computer screen was poorly placed. Its next to the entrance which leads to a back up of customers. When I visited the line was out the door. It was 5 degrees outside. Poorly thought out idea.
