Gave up
Walked out after waiting 45 mins for a "10 Minute wait" and 2 workers walked around, checked the register, folded towels, and repeatedly went to the back room and 2 other stylists were working steady. If you're not up to cutting hair just say so, don't let 3 people sit for a "10 minutes".
