I called today, had a sales associate give me very poor customer service over the phone, apparently they were busy and I felt that I was suppose to apologize for this..I will take my business elsewhere..
I have made several purchases from this store over the past month, some very small (beautiful Christmas ornaments and decor) and large (furniture). Quality is excellent and the pieces have warmth and character. Without fail, service has been extraordinary - warm, friendly, helpful. We have received many compliments on the items we have purchased and will be repeat customers for years to come.
