WHAT A RIP OFF. I paid off my bill two months ago and thought it was paid in full. Today I get a bill and because I did not pay a 21 cent interest fee, I now owe $50 in late fees.

You're insane if you let these "dentist" touch your teeth.

Terrible and incompetent supporting staff. The office manager Anthony Gini is arrogant and incompetent office manager who promises to reimburse what my husband paid for the xray and teeth cleaning since our dental insurance cover those but up to now we have not receive the reimbursement.

I was charged $95.00 even when I told the clerk that I am cover by my dental insurance. I called my dental insurance to tell them that Western Dental Services charged me $95 for teeth cleaning. My dental insurance told me that Western Dental Services should not be charging me since I am cover on my dental policy. When my dental insurance called Western Dental Services, they told my dental insurance that I don't exist on the Western Dental Services database...go figure. I also have to wait longer on this dental office. Don't go there.

I took my daughter in for an appointment and she was not seen until after 4 hours. We waited in the waiting area for 1.5 hours then in the treatment area for another 2.5 hours. The Dentists' here seem very overworked. They never greeted us and were very rude. At the end I felt like they were rushing us out and didn't give me a chance to address my concerns. The ladies in the front seemed to care more about themselves than for customer satisfaction. The treatment area is disgusting with stains everywhere.. that is not at all hygienic! These people are not Professionals!
