Review for: Waitrose in Kingston upon Thames,

lay out

Does the alcohol area have to take up so much room and be lit up like a Christmas tree? The groceries should be nearer the rest of the food stuffs, people are wandering around like lost souls looking for every day items. I now prefer Surbiton Waitrose.

Review for: Waitrose in Kingston upon Thames,

Lifts

My husband and I called into Waitrose for a few items whilst visiting Kingston from Godalming. I am a wheelchair uses and so needed the lift. A tall young man (didn't catch his name) was more than helpful with seeing we used the correct lift as one was out of order. My thanks to him.

Review for: Waitrose in Kingston upon Thames,

Customer service second to none

I had cause recently to speak with the Duty Manager because something I was wearing was damaged in the store. He was excellent in his response, very courteous and sincere in his desire to help. The item ended up needing to be replaced and i was really delighted with the actions of a different Duty Manager who sourced the item for me, paid for it on his company credit card and arranged for the item to be delivered to my home. I huge thank you to both of them. I am very impressed with Waitrose Customer Service - now I know why I like shopping in the Kingston store so much.
