such a bad experience I'm tempted to remove both phone contracts in our household from Vodafone, incredibly unhelpful, mostly inaccurate and unapologetic for it...down right rude. Avoid like the plague, I'm hoping not all Vodafone shops are this bad!

Very rude manager and not helpful at all and I wouldn't rate even 1 star
Send my handset for repair and on return they broke my handset on three different places . Untrained staff, 0% skills of customer services .
The telephone details are incorrect - what a waste of time
For a mobile phone company which should be all about the communication, trying to find out the opening/closing times of a bank holiday store was impossibly by phone!! Having tried 4 different numbers - 2 were unavailable with no redirection, 1 was the automated response to access your account, 1 was to leave a message for someone to get back to you. I ended up chancing going to the Aldershot store. A great start to the Vodafone relationship - one which I am not impressed with so far.
Uninterested, told i could not be dealt eith fot an hour, when i returned after hour, told it would be hours before they could transfer data from phone to phone. I saw several other customers walking out. Will never go to vodafone again
