Review for: Vitran Express in Jackson, MI
Trucking company ridiculous...minus 10 stars!
A Vitran tractor trailer showed up at my house today to deliver a 5' by 9' package weighing somewhere between 350 to 400 lbs with no lift gate and no ramp to get my parcel off the truck. Just one driver looking at my 65 year old husband to get it off the truck. Yes, we paid a hefty sum for delivery but alas, my husband was unable to lift it off the truck!
