Just switched over from Sky, staff were great helping me pick the package that fits my family needs, would highly recommend.

Number listed never answered, perhaps they busy all day long!!!

Arrived to find a back in 5 mins sign on a closed shutter, then after 20mins when the sales guy came back he was rude and unhelpful.

He told me it was not possible to upgrade instore and it had to be done over the phone.

A quick trip to the store on commercial road showed this to be a complete lie and there staff were friendly and helpful night and day compared to the cascades store.

They never answer the phone?

Just moved from sky. Staff were a terrific help and made the switch over easy. Plus Im saving money, would highly recommend. I got through on 0151 922 8280, but free phone number works aswel.

went to this store yesterday with a problem girl there not at all interested or friendly just dialled a number for head office and gave us phone to get on with it not impressed at all with service
