I went into this office with an appointment, filed out my paper work, and waited 45 min for ladies in the front to huddle together and figure out how to get it into computer. Was called right back where I was seen by a student who I spent and hour and a half with going over my whole life story, who have me a diagnoses. Dr came in after and did not ask me one question but handed me a prescription based on what the student had told him and left. I would not use this office for urgent care or appt. with dr.

This is the worst Health care office I have ever been in! Takes an hour to sign in and 4 more hours to be seen just to have the dr tell u this is not an emergence to see your family care dr. Did not receive any medical care in the 5 hours of waiting. Dr was busy push her job onto another dr by saying urgent care only deals with urgent matters. Last time I checked I waited the 5 hours to see a dr just like everyone else!!!

This doctor on a first visit prescribed Viagra to a man who is sex addicted, drug addicted alcoholic, with liver disease and high blood pressure. As his wife, being very concerned about his recklessness and the mother to his teenage daughter, could not believe she arrogantly , would further jeopardize and enable him, without regard for his family.

Been here 1hr all they have taken is my payment..

Unfortunately, we've needed to visit Urgent Care twice in two years while visiting St. Croix but both visits were great. The first visit involved an adult, the second a toddler. In both cases, we were processed in very quickly, dealt with both thoroughly and professionally and were on the mend in no time. If ever sick on St. Croix, visit Urgent Care.

Your place is spotless and the staff is very nice. The hours are great but most of all the doctor that was in that evening was so professional and diagnosed the problem right away…… Keep up the great work.

Horrible service provided by the medical assistance n the staff at the front.......I asked them how long about the wait time n took me more thn 4 hours n didn't know wts going on at all had to sit in the office for more thn 2 hours.....n thn in the room for two hours....... N they didn't even bothered to inform that how much time do I have to wAit........very bad service never coming back again........
