The staff here need a course in how to act toward customers. Absolutely terrible customer service, talking about inappropriate things whilst I was in hearing distance. Won't be shopping here in a hurry! If someone wants beauty products from staff who are professional and actually provide customer service....go to Lush!
I have been a regular customer of 'The body shop' from the past 3.5 yrs. Initially I used to goto westheimer location, but the facility is has been closed. Since then I started going to the sugarland location. I must say I can see a sea of change in the customer service I used to enjoy at westheimer location vs what is being offered at the sugarland location. The manager is extremely rude, unfriendly, does not help in choosing products, and is a person who would drive away customers. I fear if this is the attitude of the people managing the store, the customer turnout will keep reducing. I would definitely not goto the store again.
