I think swift is by far the worst trucking company out there. All they do is give you the run around. The pay is not good at all. You have to drive teams just to make some decent money. I was a student driver/trainee with swift for 6 weeks and never got to see home during the time. Training pay is by the hour instead of miles. Any upcoming drivers looking for a good trucking company that pays good money and will do right by the drivers....go to anyone but swift...take my word for it....you'll thank me later
