This facility is exceptionally well staffed by people who really care. It is spotlessly clean, and the costs were very low in comparison to other vets in the Greater Los Angeles area. We had tried to use the "Catch & Release" program for local feral cats, but we realized that Burbank was too far to take stressed animals from West Covina. We paid for the animals to be neutered/spayed and get their shots and a health checkup. We have neutered 3 males (two 8-mos and one tom, around 3 yrs), plus spayed the "mom" (around 5 yrs) who had the hardest time, since she was pregnant. We are so grateful to St. Francis Animal Hospital for their loving care for these feral cats who are now all healthy, happy, and free to live their lives without reproducing. We will, of course, continue to feed and monitor them.
