Great place for children their lobby is very specious and they have an enclose jungle gym for the children to play in. The dentist are great so are the staff very friendly all around. See you guys back in April for my children 6 month check up!!
One of the nurses seriously does not know how to floss. She literaly left my gums swollen! And im 15! I thought they were gentle but they are not! Im telling my parents to never take me again! I seriously don't recommend it.
Have been a bringing my son for years and the staff at this office provides great service friendly and always fast pace.. Would not go anywhere else and would recommend this office to friends and family.. Great Job!
I have brought both my kids here a few times and every single time I have an appt I end up waiting 20-30 mins to be called back. And while I'm waiting the front staff seems to be doing nothing at all. All I hear and see is talking and laughter I even seen a top heavy girl pull out her phone and start texting on It! I'm a manager at an orthopedic office and my front staff always has something to do..The manager at this place should do a better job because from my point of view it didn't look good. Will be finding a more professional children's dentist.
My family went up there the other day so my brother can get some stuff done to his teeth and an issue came with his chart being missing??? So we asked for the manager and the supervisor and they said they both were gone for about an hr for lunch So we had to wait ..we ended up getting the service still but in a medical clinic things shouldn't go missing to where We have to wait. The doctor was really nice but I feel this place was very unorganized and needs improvement. I would not reccomend this to my friends.
