I've been going to Snow White (Whitby) for about a year and a half with no complaint. After a recent experience I will not be returning. I took my white down coat to be cleaned and it was returned to me with yellow stains on both sleeves and down the back. The response from the owner was that I must not have seen those stains before but that they were there???!! I asked, not for the cost of my coat but for a refund of my cleaning charge ($35). This was refused and I was told that the best they could do was to offer me one free cleaning (a value of $12). I was also told that I should be happy that they were offering me anything at all. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility but they also refused to provide a response that demonstrated good faith customer service values. What a disappointment. Beware!!
