Great place to shop

The CSRs are always very friiendly and helpful. When looking for shoes, I generally shop at this store first. The selections and number of sizes are always well stocked.

Took my wife to this store and she was dressed casual and is silver headed average size older woman. They did not ask hear if she needed help even tho others arriving after her they jumped on and when she got discouraged and left she noticed them telling others sorry they didnt have what they wanted but never said word to her ever!

Review for: Shoe Carnival in Asheville, NC

Poor service and high prices

The attitudes of the employees I experienced in gereral is very lacking. They are not helpful and the impression that I got was that they really don't seem to care if you buy anything from their store or not. Heaven forbid if you dispute a price while being rung up. Found the exact same shoes that I was interested in at several different stores in the same area for at least 10.00 cheaper at those stores. Even found the same shoe as much as 15.00 cheaper at one store in a 1 mile radius of Shoe Carnival.
