Review for: Royal Canadian Legion in Summerland, BC
Union Jack
I drive into Summerland several times in a month and drive past your Legion Hall. I'm sure your members have noticed the flag staffs, in particular the Union Jack, and have pointed it out to the Executive Committee. If not may I point out something that has been bothering me for several months now. The Union Jack is not raised to the top of the Staff as is the Canadian Maple Leaf National Flag on its Staff. If there is a problem with the pole may I suggest that this be corrected, especially now that it is so close to Remembrance Day Celebrations.
