Poor customer service

I recently went to pick up a prescription from Rowlands pharmacy, Crookhorn. Initially, they denied all knowledge of it requiring me to visit the surgery to confirm it had been produced. It then transpired that Rowlands pharmacy were "having difficulty getting one of the items" and had sat on it for a week, without bothering to notify me. A different pharmacy were able to get the item in 24 hours. I shan't be going to Rowlands again.

Completely humiliated

I was humiliated by the gentleman serving the front desk of this pharmacy when he commented on my 'really bad skin' when I handed him my prescription for antibiotics. Now I will be joining the hoards of other Crookhorn Surgery patients who avoid this pharmacy at all costs. What a let down for the wonderful doctors surgery beside.it.

Completely humiliated

I was completely humiliated by the gentleman serving the front desk of this pharmacy. After handing in my prescription (to get antibiotics for my skin) he remarked loudly in front of all of the other customers that it was 'acne medication' and said 'your skin is bad isn't it. It's really oily, I can see that from here'. Never have I felt so humiliated before. I know many other patients of the adjacent doctors surgery who now collect their prescriptions from Waterlooville, the local town, to avoid coming here because of bad experiences. Now I will join them. It is such a shame, because the doctors in the surgery are absolutely fantastic. This Rowlands Pharmacy let's them down.
