RBC bank 's not open on Sundays anymore.

Being new to the city, I searched online and then walked 20 minutes to this location. It is gone and the phone number is out of service.

worst branch every time i go there the service sucks and long waits, the manager doesn't care if you ask what the problem is. I only got here because is the closest to my house, i still din;t like it.

I've been going to this bank for 28 years and at this bank you never wait long ever, plus they are so friendly. :)

your main number is fax number very bad to start looking to open an account on this branch this is a mis- manage branch very bad first impression

It does not show the hours of operation in advisable area which is what I'm looking for for both Main Street branches in the penticton, Bc area

nice hours, can't even find your hours online anywhere? Are you open sat? are you hours even on the phone number you have. thank god I don't bank with you, horrible customer service.

I attempted to do a net search for the hours of operation which anyone would think would produce results right away. Wrong. Ultimately, after drilling down into several of the results suggesting that I should expect to find the hours of operation I was unsuccessful. The last page I checked included a phone number so I called it and endured a non related recorded voice preamble to finally obtain the most basic information I was seeking. Hard to believe that it would come to that. Royal Bank shame on you...bad customer experience!!!

i was with rbc for a long time and every time my mortgage was up for renewal the played mind games with us on the mortgage rates. they would not even match winnipeg belgian credit unions advertised mortgage rates. their childish car salesman tactics was laughable. and yes my credit is great. i closed everything with rbc as they dont deserve any business

Unfriendly service, long wait times and a branch mgr. who can't be bothered to talk to customers. Absolutely terrible place to do your banking.
