I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Shivawn. Shivawn is an exemplary Public Storage employee and she is an asset to the business. She always greets you with a smile. Her knowledge, professionalism, patience and courteous manner are appreciative. I must add that I was elated when she advised me on the options of rental space available to meet my storage needs. Her patience is extraordinary. She took the extra effort to resolve my storage space issue. She should be commended for going above and beyond her duty. The storage area is convenient, safe, clean, and always opens to meet your storage needs. Thanks Shivawn.

We feel very welcome every time that we visit the place of our Storage at 2222 S. Delaware St. The Manager has always a smile and makes us feel very well and always very courteous . We wouldn't change our Storage place to any other place!

I love this particular location. "TR" is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this location for anyone wh is in need a clean, we'll kept and safe environment.

I rented at the public storage on westmoreland and now I'm renting now at the Ledbetter store. I moved locations because of Patricia Lewis!! Pat is sooo awesome! Every time I come to public storage she is always there to help!! She assists me every time and I feel like family every time I come! When I found out she moved to the Ledbetter location I moved to the Ledbetter location! I took all of my belongings and moved right with her! She is just such a pleasure to work with whether I'm making a payment or just coming in to check on some things. Pat is just wonderful and I plan on moving every time she moves locations!

I kept my belongings at this facility for 18 months. At one point I was given a lock by the Manager because I'd forgotten my keys and had to get my lock cut-off with bolt cutters. Deciding to use the lock given me, I drove back to Calgary and when I returned 3 months later, my Grandfather clock and tool chest were taken. There was no sign of break & enter, the lock was in perfect condition. What do you think happen?
