I went in to buy sneakers and had the worst customer service I ever saw. I have purchased stuff before but this experience was the worst. The two female sales associates did not come out from the service counter at all. I asked for two different types of sneakers and was told you did not have my size. I guess they know from memory since they did not check. I do not know if it was my accent or what. I went to the Danbury Mall but refused to buy from you, do to my experience, my purchase went to your competitor. My husband buys regularly from you but not after what happened.

Olympia Sports receipt reads" Satisfaction Guaranteed". It's guaranteed for them, not for the customer. If you have to return an item, it better not be a gift receipt or you'll be left with their limited supply with a "store credit." If you don't find something right then, they'll issue you two receipts which both say store credit and they don't staple them together. Better have them both. If not, the customer is out of luck. Olympia now has the returned item AND their store credit they'd rather have you sqeeze out of a rock than them. Their receipt also reads "Shop With Confidence." Yeah, right. Just don't return an item with confidence.
