I was very impressed with the quality of customer service from Gaz. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Needed my sim checking as it was working intermittently. Young man who helped me was very pleasant and very hepful. Did some checks then changed it for a new one without any fuss or bother. He explained things perfectly, was a joy to deal with and certainly a credit to 02!

Very poor customer service. I purchased an international calling card here. I inquired the store advisor how to use the calling card. The store advisor misguided me and I lost £176. The store manager is also not listening to what happened. He just says he knows his people. How pathetic!
