Great gran-ma went there for just an oil change. 5 staff looked at the car and scarred her into agreeing to an interior air filter that the car never had since new and a gas filter that was just changed 3,000 km ago . They said the car may stall on the way home. she was so scarred going home she was shaking all the way and was lucky not to get into an accident . Incompetent.

the manager here has the tact of a elephant in a crystal store. He is very rude and disrespectful. Thinks he can talk to paying customers in a disrespectful fashion and get away with it. Do not do business there.

inexperienced in all services, didn't close the filter properly and it started pouring

biggest problem at this location is staff always try to get you to pay for unneeded work and management are the biggest problem they push it the most

mr lube has been awesome to go to no problem with my van there quick and great id refer them to all my friends and family Keep Up the great work Mr Lube great staff to they know their job and do it well thank u thank u

THE BEST PLACE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND OTHER FLUIDS CHECKS

On 12/04/13 I had an oil change at this location. I use synthetic so this was not cheap!! I was advised that my power steering fluid was leaking and needed repair. Advised that I would have it done by my regular mechanic. Yesterday I lifted the hood for the first time since the service to top up my windshield washer reservoir and what did I find? A half-full 1litre bottle of Castrol Syntec wedged between the firewall and the power steering reservoir. Nice!!!

Service was done like normal but unfortunately there was an issue. Neither manager or regional manager took responsibility for any mistakes taken which was very unprofessional. Never going there again.

Went for a quick and easy oil change on our 4 x 4 pick up truck. This was done quickly and efficiently. What troubles me is the blatant attempt to scam me with the dreaded 'styrofoam cup of dirty fluid'. Dun-dun-dunnnn. "This is what was left in your rear differential", I was advised. "We can top it off for $139.00, its a very special gear oil." Well yes, it is a 15W90 gear oil, available at Canadian Tire for $15.99 a litre, and when I checked the level at home, it was fine, and full. Nice try folks, disappointed you would try this, and on unsuspecting customers, this is a cash cow.

A week ago I went into mr lube for an oil change and I was not happy with the service provided to me. The manager had tried to sell me things for my car I had just gotten replaced. I had overheard a lot of cursing at his employees which lead to a lot of swearing and vulgar words. Overall it was a very unprofessional place !!!

I went to MR LUBE for a simple oil change but I came out with lot of problem with my car. If you like your vehicles do not take it to any MR LUBE because they will just destroy it for you. They don't know what they're doing and they don't know anything about vehicle only to damage it. If you like your car, money and your time take your vehicle to a place that will be serviced by people who know what they doing and they are professional about it. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR TO MR LUBE OR YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY PERSON... The customer service is worse they will not get back to you on time and they seem not to care

I thought it would be faster service, Was told 20 minutes, ended up being over an hour before it was finished. Plus they told me my differential oil needs changing (which I heard them tell each and every customer while I waited) Will go back to my usual speedy oil change service. In and out in under 15 mins.

I love the fact that these place execute a checkup; but to give me attitude 'cause I don't want to change the filter and battery...c'mon guy a bit of professionalism...

The other, younger guys are super nice though and were more than willing to please. (Gabriel)
