Do not trust these two-bit "mechanics"! I had to bring my car back 4 times and they still didn't get it tight. I had to bring it somewhere else and pay again and minute muffler acknowledged responsibility but wouldn't do a thing. Classless low lives who don't know what they are doing! Most dishonest garage I have ever seen. Pierre Fortin the owner is a thief!
I love this place. Not a rip off like all the other places I have been at. Always honest and repairs what is broken.

Whenever something goes wrong with my truck, I will only go here! The owner Frank is the most honest mechanic I have ever gone to. But I would highly recommend them!
The best service. Larry B must be one of those guys that just complain. Who can just drive into a shop? That sounds dangerous to the people that work there. I have been going there for years and have no complaints.

the worst garage in my life!
Today I went to this business to get an emission test completed. I drove into the open Emission testing bay. I was confronted by a male employee. He was very aggressive and berated me as I was not allowed to drive into the bay due to insurance reasons. He then told me to take my business elsewhere. I gather business must be good but I will never go there again and have contacted corporate head quarters.
very hard to find a shop you can trust. been using them for about 20 years now only because they dont overcharge and have always had a very consistent set of mechanics who seem to be there for years. the owner is one of the mechanics and has always done excellent work. i'd reccommend them to any one. note...i have moved to a new new home and even though its a hassle to go the extra distance i still do.
They always do exact things as vehicle need. Never over sell. Good price. Being quicker, low labor cost. Of course warranty....What we need more?- when there is a trouble!!!!!
I went to minute muffler and they did not even acknowledge me it was like I wasn't even there I must say they are very ignorant ppl and after waiting 5 hrs they still didn't know how to service my car the mechanics in the back don't seem too much on the ball it's a ghetto cheap shop that once you bring your car in there is always another expense or part that you need
I must say this is the worst minute muffler I have ever been too no organization what so ever
Those guys need to understand that in order to have a successful business you must respect better yet acknowledge your customers
Save yourself the grief and the money from buying parts you don't need and stay away from minute muffler on finch
