I had a massage and facial scheduled and one of the therapist was sick. They said they tried to call but the number they had was wrong so they decided to cancel the other appointment as well. When I showed up they were no help. Just said sorry. I had a babysitter arranged so I lost money.

Customer service is incredible at this location!

I have called this place twice and left a message for someone to call me back so I can schedule a massage and no on has called me back. At this rate they will be out of business soon!

As a very busy person, it used to be very difficult for me to make time for myself. I have been a member for 3 years and I get massages once a month sometimes twice! The therapists I use are awesome, they know exactly what's going on with my body and fix me right away. I get a monthly facial and have been using the murad products for sometime now. I am very pleased with the results on my skin. If you have never tried it, they have great trial prices. And their membership makes more since if you are thinking on going back.

Poor customer service when you have any questions or issues with membership. Not allowed to give members names of management staff if they have questions beyond the front desk's capabilities. Focused on the bottom line as opposed to building a pleased membership base.

Read the fine print, and then read again. Do not expect any flexibility or accommodating attitudes.

Received one of the best massages ever from Tracy at massage envy tallahassee. The front desk staff were all very professional and helpful. I was given nice cold water after may massage and informed of all the things I should be doing to help my muscles feel better. I highly recommend giving massage envy a try.
