Very bad customer service

Be sure to leave enough time to queue for Click and Collect! Yesterday I queued for 20mins and people in front of me had been queueing for half an hour. Someone at the front of the queue seemed to be trying on what she had bought and there was obviously some problem. There was only one point open. Not good enough.

30.09.2014. I visited cafe in Marks & Spenser after a long and hard working day. I bought cup of tea and sat down to have a rest for a few minutes and i realise that the cup was't washed properly it was in a brown stains from tea. I had very small peace of bread witch was left from my lunch brake . The staff came to me and said that am not allowed to bring any food to theirs cafe. 3 manages was talking to me about it and made me feel absolutely stress and depressed. Them people doesn't know what hospitality is, absolutely don't care about customers and have very rude manners and all they think about money. I am very disappointed about this company and the staff. I strongly DON'T recommend to visit that really bad place.

The rudest pernicious arrogant young manager who ignored about 10 of us waiting endlessly to be served and then this woman walking off leaving no marksstaff to sserve the public at peak time lunch time. Their was oaps confused and distressed. This member of staff should be sacked immediately indefinitely for abusing her position by deliberate deception.

Store very badly run. No standards constituting above average customer service here . Stock piled way to close together in the fridge s .staff never around or want to assist like they always use to. This store use to be a place of pristine excellence unfortunately not any more

The prices are pricier than other supermarkets however it is way worth it as the quality of the food their is great.
