We have spent thousands on furniture that does not last, salespeople do not have any knowledge and you always need to wait "4-6 weeks " because it is not in stock. I have never received an item before the "8-12" weeks it actually takes. No communication from salespeople as well. Shop elsewhere!
Bought stove July /2013 From Leons ,North service rd. Burlington , front glass lost seal, contacted Leons as manuf warr and also purchased ext warr.should cover,customer service person just told me that hers did same thing so I should not be bothered by this.Well this will be the last time at Leons for me,She said that a rep will contact me I will review again if they do in fact contact me
It is 8 December and I'm still awaiting a fireplace install that was purchased on 11 November. The first fireplace was incorrectly ordered as a natural gas one when it should have been propane. To make matters worse I am being called unreasonable by the store manager. Unreasonable, really? When the store has taken my money and it has been a month with no fireplace? Word to the wise, this is what shopping local sometimes gets you ...
We spent twenty five hundred dollars in May at Leons, we have had the repair men to our house three times already, different reasons but still! That means there is more then one piece of furniture that has something wrong. They came today to fix my dining chair, and he said the screws in it are too short. Had to take the chair with him, because he needed longer screws a repair man with no screws, now I have to wait a week to get my chair back. I will never purchase anything from leons again and will not refer them to anyone . Maybe they should think about getting some new suppliers.
Worst customer service I have ever received. Was talked down to and lied to about services. If you want to feel like your money means nothing then go to Leon's in Fredericton. Once you've bought it (and can't return it) they could care less how you are treated.
Will never shop there again and will make sure everyone I know does the same. Hopefully this review will encourage you to go elsewhere. There are much better places in town with excellent and personal customer service.

Shopping at Leon's was a nightmare we had went in to purchase a couch and had lance as our salesmen and he was just the loudest and most annoying person I've ever delt with oh and we just left without buying the couch and we will be going to Mcqueens instead where they don't preasure you to buy
I ordered a bench in December and delivery was scheduled for Jan 11th 2013. We are now March 2013.. no bench. I called to cancel my order, I get a cancel confirmation but I still get a call 2 days later to schedule a delivery. Leons folks have no clue who is doing what - and they have the worst people working their phones - Leons, how do you pick your staff to work with customers - these people should not be working with customers - namely the lady scheduling delivery at the Scarborough branch... the pits!
Leon's has a really good quality with the good services.
