Each and every time that have been in there, I was treated with respect (I'm a female) and kindness. It didn't matter if I was making an expensive purchase or buying $1.25 part purchase. Speaking of parts, so far they have always come through with parts (one that I thought was impossible). They could have tried to sell me an entire new system but they were honest sold me a $1.25 part. That is what keeps me as a loyal customer.
