The workers are nice, but the manager is rude, nasty, and unprofessional. She needs to be terminated. She hung up the phone on me and was very unenthusiastic.

I have been employed with Genesco which owns Journeys for close to a year now and it is by far a great place to work. Never have I had any issues and encourage people looking for a part time job in sales to apply

This is one of my least favorite shoe stores. When I went there they were very under staffed and the salespeople who were there were rude and seemed to care less about helping me as they were with their own gossip. I ended up going to famous footwear where I found the same pair of boots for ten dollars less! I won't be back!!

I went in and damn this store sucks. It looks like a 13 yr old girls room. The manager is dumb and refuses to help you out. Didnt like her at all. The staff was pretty cool but damn that girl is wack. DONT GO HERE

This store is a joke. I went in on September 9, 2013 and it was horrible from the start. The manager is a ditzy little girl on a power trip that is very disrespectful and makes it known that its "her" store. I've been a longtime shopper of journeys, but this has definitely changed my perspective on the store. Message to Journeys, new management or that store won't make it

I went in about 2 or so days ago! I wasn't greeted or anything and in fact some of the kids who worked there kinda ignored me when I asked for help!when someone finally helped me, they didn't even have my size in any of the shoes I asked about and the total vibe was bad. Bad management I guess anyways will not be going here in the future! Horrible employees, small selection, and sucky sales!

Journey's does not comply with EOE with it's employees. This business operate's soley on hourly pay rate + commission and sales quota's. Employees under the age of 18 or part-time are not treated with the fairness of sales only hourly wages and working in the storeroom; so that full-time employees benefit on weekly sales quota's and high commission on the weekends due to the buyer's from Sheppard Air Force Base and families. And employees are un-able to lock up their personal belongings are other employees steal from co-workers.

This store has many brands I love! I would give it Amazing, if it wasn't so high priced. The prices are pretty high, a little too high for my wallet, but the shoes, clothes, accessories, are AWESOME!!!!

They have great workers, I'm a regular customer who enjoys stopping by just to say hi.. Sometimes I even end up buying shoes because they are great sales associates! The store manager is a great guy & he knows how to keep his store organize, he has a positive attitude at all times & is an amazing leader!!!

Love the shoes, but the staff is horrible Left without buying anything as I felt awkward with unhelpful staff Did not feel welcomed

Amazing service, hot guy helped me and was so helpful. Deffinately buying shoes there again.
