I've just begun my journey; however, I am so happy with the staff at JC and that the food is excellent. I had an experience a few years ago with another diet system and the food at JC is 100% better than the other program. Plus, I didn't experience the results I wanted and felt as though I was always running to the store for addtional food. Any food that I need to add to my JC diet is what I already have at home. I cannot believe how good JC's food is and I'm losing weight !! Hello?
