Love this standalone location. Easy in and out without the hassle of a mall. Employees are always friendly and greet us as we peruse the merchandise. The prices are great and with JCP rewards you earn money saving coupons. Love it!

They need to keep accurate info on website regarding their hours. Nothing more frustrating than getting there at. 9 and store doesn't open until 10. But then employees to get around to opening thr doors until. 1015! Guess they really don't wAnt my business!

I always have a good experience here, and find items for the whole family!

This is a nice store, and I really enjoy shopping there. Most of the employees are genuinely friendly and willing to help when assistance is needed, and the product selection is good. I do a lot of shopping in various stores, and I actually receive better service here than I do in some of the high end stores. That's what makes me keep coming back.

This store has the best customer service of any Penney's I have visited. Thank you for the Store in Early TX.

I went to JCP recently, and it looks like the several years ago JCP! I can see the change and there are lots of products in store. I got lots of high quality, wonderful stylish clothes and shoes of Joe fresh and Arizona etc for my daughter; polo shirts, long sleeve etc for my son and my husband from IZOD, st johns bay; and many clothes for myself of Joe fresh and worthington. I also bought kitchen island and bed from JCP. They are all wonderful products with good price. I can not be more happier. So I highly recommend it to everyone. Please go to store to see the change and also visit their web. I am sure that you will find the stuff you like. But the office list on web is not right now. I guess that they want to run that list hour, but have not began yet.

Alot of customers waiting in parking lot waiting for store to open. Online store hours listed as sun 9:00an to 10:00pm.

The sephora staff was horrible. Especially the manager of the makeup. She is a very rude person and I will never shop sephora again if they continue to have people like this work for them.

I went to the JCPenney store in Roseville,Mi. today ...and i have to say i could not have been happier with the service i received.From the moment i walked in i was impressed with the cleanliness of the store,and everyone was very friendly.Good selections to choose from.During my time there today 4 different people asked me if i needed any help.I stood in a long line and i was waited on very shortly.The cashier was friendly and fast.I enjoyed my experience at JCPenney.I will definitely shop there again.I highly recommend JCPenney.

Just drove 15 miles to the JC Penney Store which shows a store opening at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:45 and was told the store does not open until 10:00 am. That was 30 miles for nothing other that the cost of gas. I can see why people don't shop at JC Penney as they can't even have have correct time on the web.
