We just move to the area and are both big fans of home hardware. Always known for neat ideas and friendly service. My husband decided to check out this location as its a bit closer to us and he came back discusted with the service. He is not one to complain but today I thought I would give it a go and check.it out. I was apauled by the two ladies at the front. I walked in and backs turned. When I came back from waundering the store, no one came by to see if I needed assistance, the two ladies were now chatting at the paint counter. The dark haired on sighed and came over as I waited at the cash, not one word to me! No hi, hows your day, did you find everything, nothing!!! then she went off to find a price as it was on sale, she was so irritated with me that I questioned the till price, which turned out to be wrong. It was the worst service ever and we defiantly won't be back there.

Purchased paint from this location that was the wrong sheen and colour! No exchange or refund was given. This is disgusting. Home Depot paint really helped us out in this situation and I would recomend going there from now on.

Always greeted with a smile. Never got mis-informed on anything. They are always there with help and a way to resolve a issue.

This home hardware really made me feel like a valued customer. They provided me with a rain check for an item that was not in stock, and assured me it would be in before Christmas. It came in on time! They also provided me with information about an unrelated item they did not carry in store that elsewhere would have. I will definitely go back and recommend it to others.

I understand the mentality of small town.This store just doesn't have it. The service you get from certain male individuals is terrible. I have lived in NewHamburg for ten years now and it has always been the same there. I will shop else where !

Very helpful and friendly staff. They seem to go out of their way to help you get the products you need to get your project done right. I definately would recommend them to anyone.

can't find your hours

Very disorganized store with staff that are NOT helpful!!! Not going back to this store again. I would rather drive to Home Depot!!

It would be nice if they would open on Sundays like everyone else since they are a hardware supply store for many essential emergency home repairs.
