My stay at this place was horrible the air condition in my room was not working I ask for another room and front desk personnel said they were booked. and the maintenance person will fix it. After he fixed it the first night was ok when I woke up the next day the air was not working.. So I ask for another room because I had paid for 2 days online again they told me they were booked up so I went to another hotel and I didn't get my money back I did want to cause a seen but I will never stay in a Hawthorn Suites again!!!!!

Was discusting bedbugs ,management was very rude when comfronted. do not stay there most horrible hotel ive ever been too

Stayed for a business trip for 2 weeks and can not say enough about this palace. Great Staff and excellent large suites. I traditionally stay at Hilton or Marriott Brands but this Hotel Blows all the others out of the water. I am glad I found this gem.
