I understand that to get the glasses it takes a week. In some places it will be done in an hour. I have ordered the glasses and even after two weeks I am still not got it. Whenever I call the store she says they are still doing the coating. I am really repenting for ordering at this place. Before you order the glasses at this place or wherever please check with them the order cancellation for not delivering ontime.
I have been a customer at Hakim Optical for 8 years. I have poor eye site and the cost for glasses can be quite high ($800/pair). The 2 for the price of 1 offer doesn't apply to me, yet the manager arranged for me to purchase two pairs of glasses and the cost to me was only $399.00. This, to me, indicates that it is more than just a business, interested in the bottom line, but a business that has a commitment to a standard of excellence, when it comes to the care of its customers and their vision. In between appts., I stop in for adjustments and repairs and they are always accomodating. I highly recommend Hakim Optical.
