I go to this store for all my shipping and faxing. The owner is always so helpful. She often offers ideas on how to save money. I work for the Post Office but would much rather do by shipping business with Goin' Postal!
This was my first experience at a Goin' Postal... The customer service was a step above the rest! I will continue to use them for any postal needs as well as other services they offer. I highly recommend them!
Absolutely the worst shipping experience I've ever had. Rude owner, arguing with her employee. When there was a shipping issues Alba does not return calls, is rude. I will never go into that store again.
Compare shipping prices elsewhere before shipping with this company. Buyer Beware!
the sign in the window said it opens at 11:00 am on Saturday. It's after 11:00 and it's not open. Next step is to give a bad review to the public on FB. Terrible service. Turns out she was sitting outside in the car next to me for 25 minutes before she opened the store late.
I go in this place to do my shipping multiple times each week and I always get great service. The new owner is very nice and always greets me with a big smile. Love her!
