I went here multiple times. The salesman are rude, cocky, in your face. Do NOT go here nor waste your money. All they care about is the sale

Well let's say if I never met the owner, I would still be shopping at this particular GNC! Never again will this GNC get a dime from me.

This GNC store has proved to have the worst customer service. I have had numerous problems with the staff there including early closures, incompetence, and overall disregard for the customer by not even trying to solve any kind of issues that arise. I will definitely not be going back there again.

Can you really trust a store if they WILL NOT give you their phone #!!

I came in looking for a product, and the sales associate was extremely helpful and courteous. We talked for 5-10 minutes about my lifestyle and I ended up buying 3 months worth of everything: garcinia, vitapaks, fish oils, CLA, lean shake powders, and digestive aids. So far, I feel like I've made really great progress since I started my program 2 weeks ago. Thank you, GNC.

I bought prenatal vitamins and they were expired. I went to exchange it and the guy was very rude. He was blaming to the other guy who was tranning with him, I will never go to gnc store. Not safe at all.

i'm very disappointed with gnc costumer service. they don't have product knowledge. even to get hours info, took them 10 mins to get back to me on the phone. gnc need to put more time to train their employees.

This store has the best customer service I've gotten in all of my 13 Plus years in Charlotte. I recommend it to everyone.

This store has a great staff. I was able to walk in with tons of questions about starting my fitness journey while the two staff members were very knowledgable about the products to fit my fitness goals. I will definitely be a regular customer at this store.

I was there for a week ago not knowing anything about nutrition and the guy help me out so patiently for all my questions and help me pick up few vitamins and powders and I see the change in my daily dealings with everything in life . I will recommend this store for anyone is needed some help finding what best for us not best for their stores

Went in earlier today to buy a couple of bars and the service was horrible I gave the guy a excess in change he just drops it on the counter right in front of me, you could tell he was getting frustrated then after he dose not even ask to put the bars in a bag had about 8 bars by the way, and I dont even get a Have a nice day. Horrible service, i recommend Vitamin Shoppe right around the corner they actually make you feel welcomed.

For a grand opening this GMC is not doing so good. Sign on door says they open at 10 am, I waited 20 min. As I'm leaving I was almost hit in the parking lot by what turned out to be the employee who was suppose to open the store 20 min earlier. I the had to wait correct the register to boot up. When it came time to pay for my purchase, I was told I could not use debit and might have to run as credit and the employee would also have to run the credit card via the phone. Luckily I had enough cash to pay the transaction. If this is how the store is going to be run, I will not return.

The sales reps at this store are great! Very knowledgable and helpful. The girl who works here, may be the manager, always has the right answers. Definitely got me on the right path. Thank you so much. I will always shop at this store.

"..Hours may fluctuate..", what does THAT mean...; sometimes you're open at 3 am? In the same ad, I don't see any hours listed at all except that they "may fluctuate"...; are your operating hours a SECRET?!!!

I have received excellent service from this gnc and it has the best pricing I have found yet. I send all of my friends here. I am from mccomb MS and work in the Gonzales area and I wait until I go to work to purchase my supplements because of the pricing and service I get from this gnc.

I had bought a product and decided not to use it. It was $50. I went to return it and they turned me down because the receipt was a couple days past 30 days. I have never had a business turn me down for something like this. How frustrating!

I have been buying GNC products for many years now. Very Knowledgable about each product. Jessica Grey helped me out and couldn't have been more happier with my selections to take for this up-coming summer.

The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Very welcoming experience and enjoyable shopping experience. The manager is extremely knowledegeable and helpful. I always shop here. I use to shop in the vitamin shoppe and sometimes I still do as GNC doensn't have what i need. It is great to go to a store like this GNC where they know their products. I cannot say that for other GNC stores.

My 16 year old son went in there to get a cleanse since he knew I was drug testing him. The employee, and supposedly claimed to be the manager, helped him find the "right product to pass a drug test" and also a very expensive one. He not only assisted a child into continuing illegal activities and ripped him off.

Rude employee's & inferior customer service. If you like to spend your money in an an establishment that treats you badly. This is the place to shop!!! Ridiculous! Upon complaining to the owners about the poor treatment, you will be advised to "Do yourself a favor & shop somewhere else. Feel free to shop anyplace else but here. And also feel free to share this with your friends"

Everyone their was very helpful. Store is by forever21. Hard to find. but very good service sales people got me everything I wanted and loved the product. Will be back soon.

I went to the store looking for a supplement that my brother and me might do because we are doing the Insanity workout. Walked in and the first thing I see is an employee that greets me and asks me how he can help. Talked to him, explained what I was looking for. He told me that he was familiar with the workout and referred me to the brand AMP. He explained every little bit about the supplement, the price, the quantity that I should take daily, a discount..he went into great detail. I immediately bought the supplement because I trusted what he was saying. It's my third week and its been fine so far. The service that I got in that store was absolutely amazing. 5 Stars for me.

I have literally never written a review about a store before but I felt a bit compelled to this time. The clerk could not have seemed less willing to help me out with my potential purchase. He seemed completely annoyed that I was even in the store. He did not leave from behind the desk once to assist me. After I made my purchase, I decided to look at one more thing. As I walked toward the item I wanted to look at, he asked, in a very depressed tone, as if he was unhappy that I wasn't leaving, Is there anything else I can help you find?? It was easy to tell he wanted me to leave. It was just odd. I understand that everybody has bad days and I guess I will chalk it up to that but I didn't like the feeling of being a burden on somebody that I was hoping would help me so next time I decides to walk into a GNC, I will do it at a different location.

I was stunned at how miserable the GNC employee seem to be and exceptionally unfriendly. They seriously need customer service training.

This store is about $$$ and not about the customer's personal health. I walked in and had a product in mind but instead was told that product doesn't work. The product I needed was $65, go figure. I got it home and realized I couldn't take it due to other meds i have to take. He didn't ask me anything, just here take this!

young man helped me out and showed great customer service also was really smart and spoke spanish, most gnc employees don't def will be a regular here!

Store is full of inventory. The manager and sales staff are really nice and knowledgeable to pick the right stuff for your need. This was my first experience I will shop here and reccomend others as well.

I went into this GNC in the mall and found everything I needed very easily, the guy at the register recommend some vitamins and a dietary supplement for myself and my girlfriend and we both are very happy with the products. Thank you for the great service!!! Ill be back.

I walked in at 6:52 and the store manager said 'oh ma'am we're closed unless you have cash' pretty much kicked me out stating 'we close at 7' I didn't know 6:52 was the same as closing at 7:00. I will never be back. Very rude.

Vijay is always very courteous and helpful and always willing to order items in advance so they are ready for you.

My boyfriend and I walked into this GNC on 1/31/13 at around 6:30pm. There were two men talking, and I can only assume that one of the men actually worked there since they were the only two in the store. We had just finished working out and were looking for something to help with energy and weight loss. We both stated to ourselves that we felt invisible because no one greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything. We decided that we would not be spending our money at a location where we could not even get so much as a greeting or "I'll be with you in a moment". Even when we walked out, nothing was said to us. It's unfortunate because we had money to spend and you would think when someone has a business, they would at least try to make money. I guess this GNC does not need customers or money.

The staff at this gnc is fantasic! I will be shopping there for yrs to come. I didnt feel pushed or forced into anything.

Hi just wanted to write a recommendation for this fine Mt Airy retailer. Great and friendly service. The staff really cares and helps guide you in product selection for you needs. Their GNC brands are great as well as Cellucor sports products. These have really helped me in reaching my weight training and nurtritional goals. thanks, GNC!

I have been coming to this store ever sence i moved up to gurnee, I got to no the manager and the staff.. thay are nice and know what thay are doing , I talk to them about fat burners and they no what s good not that good. pro and cons..

Although there is always someone new if they dont know the answer they call around and find an answer and lookup product info on the computer. Kinda hidden in mall though

I recently visited my friend on the base and I had run out of essentials. When I arrived at the store the sales clerk was talking on her cell phone and ignored me. When I asked the girl for help she told me to hang on a minute that she was busy. The girl appearred to be fighting with a boyfriend or husband and I heard the entire conversation. I tried to ask again for help and she turned her back to me. I then asked her for the manager and she said she was the manager. Service was horrible at the GNC store on the base in Sierra Vista.

As a woman going into GNC it can be a little intimidating, but they are always extremely helpful and kind and it actually makes me love going there!!!

I have been shopping at gnc for over 20 years. I have been a customer at this gnc for Years. The customer service has always been great. Ever since they changed managers in June the employees there are so rude. They are unprofessional and don't give me the time of day or a simple smile because I am not buying sport products. I am in my 70s and I come in during the 1st of the month with a specific list. These guys pressure me into buying stuff I don't need and now when I come in they don't even say hello. One time the manager was on his phone and didn't even get off the phone when he was ringing me up. I just found that so rude. I loved the old manager that worked there before. I would come in every month we became friends she had my list memorized and if I forgot to put something on my list she would remember that I usually buy it and remind me it's not on my list. I used to spend over $300 a month in gnc but now I go to vitamin shop. I was in shock to find out that Fran didn't work there anymore. Since she did such a wonderful job. After going in there the other day and getting harassed because I wouldn't buy a $120 test booster that I don't need. Then the guy having an additude with me was disgusting. I shopped at gnc because of the customer service and smiling faces. I see none of that in this store. If you need supplements go to the vitamin shop. You will jot get hassled and they are cheaper.

I had such a great experience. The young Man who helped me ( if I'm not mistaken) named John knew his product inside and out. I believe he's relatively new to that location cause i never seen him there. All and all he didn't once make me pressured and on top of it enjoyed some simple conversation. He made me feel welcome as soon as i entered the store and even went as far as helping me with my items to my car(such a gentlemen).

I found this GNC store one of the great location. The staff is coutrious and helful. They are knowledgeable. The store is full of inventory with competetive prices. It is a neat and clean store. I love to shop with them.
