i went in the store seen lots of staff all doing there own thing chatting with each other not one try to help me did not say nothing so on that note you lost out on my money i will not go there again i bought a washer and dryer and a labtop els where

Bought a guaranteed for life Ipad 4 shield. They don't carry it anymore. Instead of calling the company , getting it in and calling me to install they offered me a number to call. Once you get the shield bring it in and we will install. Now I will probably have to jump through a dozen hoops to get this replacement shield. To me this is not customer service. What a hassle.
Went to the Broadway store today and received really good service picking out mini Ipad and cases. No complaints, solid service all around.
Each time I go into the Harmony store, I can never get service. Even when it's not busy. I see the sales staff chatting with each other and completely ignoring me. It's frustrating. I hope Best Buy opens up here soon.

This is the worst store I've ever tried to call. No one will answer the Phone, I even Called customer service in Ontario and they couldn't get any answer. Not to mention the person in Ontario couldn't speak English. Their option was to E-Mail the store and wait for a response.

I went to your store at 6:05pm thinking that it closes at 9pm like it said on the website but the store was closed. The employees working at the time said they always close the store at 6pm. Either fix the website or teach your employees how to do their job properly.

Went there to buy Destiny for xbox 360. Had to bring the case to the front to get the game, I bring up the case for the 360 version and the clerk comes back with the Xbox One version. Fortunately I noticed before I got home. But I was also not made aware of the fact that in order to play this game I need a hard drive to hold the data for the game. I could've bought one while at Futureshop but instead, I get home and try to play the game, and cant because I'm without hard drive, and by then Futureshop is closed so I'm SOL until the next day. It's disappointing that the employees there are not informed about the specifics of the products they sell which I attribute to poor management. From now on I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Today we walked in to future shop Medicine Hat. Looking for prices on a Samsung washer and dryer. We walked out 45 minutes later with exactly what were wanted and at the best price in town. I'm so very happy with our purchase. The staff were amazing. Knowledgable, friendly and so much fun.

The direct line for customer help in the North York number never seems to get a response. In any case, you'll have better luck calling the general Future Shop number and hope that itll connect you to a (responding) sales associate.
I am waiting a washer machine to be delivery around 8 days and The Lady on front desk can't do anything. Why do they Hire people like this that can't Help you when you need it. The manager very helpful so if you need something just ask to transfer to the manager because those chi.... are nothing at the store!!!!
Niagara Square Future Shop is the only place my family and I purchase electronic items, the staff is amazing and so helpful; I have never had a bad customer service experience with any of the staff and this store really does stand behind their warranty - I have had to have a number of cameras returned under the warranty since this location opened and it's never been a problem- they are quick and make the whole process easy. They are the best staff as far as customer service goes that I've dealt with. Thank you <3

He has helped me a lot with video games and movies. He goes out of his way to help me find what I can't find or if it's out of his department he recommends someone else in that field. Very friendly customer service. I go to your store because of the friendly service and I get help when I ask for it.
We bought an ASUS computer from this store 6 months ago. Now it will not connect to the internet. ASUS are not helping and Future shop has no interest whatsoever in providing any support for their useless product.

A bunch of morons standing around looking bothered by your presence. Actually had a guy at cell phone section literally try to make fun of me because I was consultation he cannot take cash to buy a phone. Worst worst service ever
Had a very nice sales person, but when in checkout, found cashier to be incompetent. Would not give us the sale price and could not authorize a card. He took us to the supervisor who never apologized and could care less about us, and we were high paying customers! The cashier also did not know where the coffee section was in his own store. Total incompetence. Will not be buying from this store anymore.

I went to the store the night of the leafs game walked around the store for half an hour looking for the part that I needed No one asked me if I needed any help I asked one of the two workers that were there watching the hockey game and they told me it's in the front of the store. Needless to say no one help me I bought the wrong part had to return it I will not be back the store they will not get any of my hard earned money.

I just phoned for a price match on a Panasonic TV set. I was trying to explain the price match and the salesman cut me off, said he could not help me as it was not on the website.... as i tried to tell him where to find it and yes it was online, he would not listen or let me talk, said he couldn't help and hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!! I was dumbfounded, I have NEVER had such rude and inconsiderate service in my life. I must add I had been nice on my end on the phone and very amicable trying to talk to him. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, WOW!!!!!!!!

Commission sales snafu. Got sold exactly what I did not want. Got home and product does not meet the discussed requirements. 80 kilometres back to store for exchange. Shop at walmart. There closer together.

I have tried numerous times to call for expert advice regarding computer issues and movie selections, but have found that no one answers the phone, Good way to lose customers fast!!!!!

Don't buy any apple products here. Worst customer service ever. They don't even look at your reciept. Nothing. Before i could get out what was wrong they said go to apple. They was no this is how i can help you and point you in the right direction. The small mousy customer service rep was rude and unempathetic. I would never buy anything there again.

It's a good electronic store, but I am looking for classic DVD movies, and you don't have a wide seclection. But I did buy a Laptop here, for which I love. So other than that its a good store!
Typical Future shop, More interested in selling than providing good service. Their credit services is to be avoided.
