98 bucks down was my quoat on phone turned into 500 down 455 a month told me my down payment was 255 when I went back to get my id so I took the ins to find out later they took 436 for the down payment they are crooks
Horrible customer service! They took forever to process a policy and kept answering the phones and talking to potential clients and providing them quotes over the phone. They are impolite and they do not care about costumers. Horrible!!!!!!!!! My rating is 0 or - they do not deserved not even 1. Don't go here!
DO NOT go here unless you want to pay almost $400 as an initial payment (since the person who helps you keeps $200!) I came here to get insurance for my car since I had barely gotten it and I was driving to my college without insurance. I had classes that day and so I went in a little early to have enough time. So I came in and I sat down and waited for about 35 minutes when one of the guys there called my name and as I got up, he was like, "Oh wait, let me help this guy out first since he's just making a payment." and so I WAITED for 20 minutes more! When I got up to tell him that I would be back the next day since they were taking soooo f**n long, he was like, "NO, don't leave yet. Can you just wait 5 more minutes?" and I figured Ok, It'll just be 5 minutes.. well, it was actually 10! When I was finally sitting at his desk, it was already kinda getting late so I told him I was in a hurry and he said that it would just take about 25 minutes for him to make my policy and I actually believed him!! WELL it was more like an hour and 20 minutes!!! I was SUPER LATE to class for that and the whole time he was helping me he was super RUDE taking some other phone calls! NOW that I wascancelling my insurance with them, they had told me that I would get SOme of my money back but when I signed the cancellation of insurance paper, the dumb ass girl told me that according to her, they didn't give money back! OMG I felt like totally slapping her!! SO in summary, I basically lost almost $450 that they kept! They are LIARS and THIEVES!!! >:[
