This place has great food. Hot subs!! the staff was great. Welcomed me when I entered with enthusiasm. I highly recommend, but make sure you are hungry, because they load the meat on.

Every time I order online they get it wrong. One time (4/16/13) I even had the order wrong 2x after I walked in and reminded them of the order....Really? After I waited 15 xtra mins (with no apology) I was over it... What's the point of having an online option when it doesn't even work?

Make sure the order is correct before you leave...otherwise, you will be asked to RETURN the subs to exchange for the correct order- even if you leave 30 minutes away.... No apology was given on the phone- and no credit was offered. 15.00 down the drain....improve your customer service please

I recently ate at the Firehouse Subs in Tucker Ga and I was impressed. I love Firehouse but this reminded me how good it was. Awesome sub, staff was nice and food was hot and good. I love that Coke machine with all the flavors. The Meatball Sub Sandwich is amazing.

Service was great, but the the sandwich itself was lacking the meat. What a thin sandwich meal deal for $9.80. They got my money once, not again.
